DU NEWS:- The National Students' Union of India (NSUI) has won the presidentship of the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) while its main rival the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has grabbed the other three main posts in elections whose results were announced Saturday.Elections to the students union of the university, one of the most largest varsities of the country, were held Friday. The results were announced on Saturday in a list put up by the dean of student welfare.Ajay Chhikara of the NSUI, the student's wing of the Congress, was elected the president of the student's council of the university.Vikas Choudhary of the ABVP, the students outfit of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, was elected vice-president.Vikas Yadav and Deepak Bansal, both also from the ABVP, were elected respectively to the posts of secretary and joint secretary.Politics in universities are not a good sign. Those students are spending their parents' hard earning in elections, will they be proved themselves loyal, honest and a good citizen ? Rather than they will involve in corruptions, briberies, divide and rules, create fractions in the societies. All those politicians encouraging the students towards politics are self centered and generally used them to fulfill their political ambitions.
