Job Description / Responsibility

• Preparing Bill of Quantities of the whole project
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Assist in allocating work to subcontractors
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments

Educational Requirements

Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Survey
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate/ Developer

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Should be Hardworking, Self motivated
• Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD would be beneficial
