Number of Vacancies : 858 (UR- 468, OBC – 251, SC – 139 including OH -13 and HH -14)
Essential Qualifications : 1. Graduate with B.ED (Special Education) or B.Ed with a two years Diploma in Special Education or Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education OR Any other equivalent qualification approved by Rehabilitation Council of India.
Note : (i) Teacher with qualification in single disability area will be encouraged to specialize
in other disability areas by undergoing modular courses to take care of wide range of diversities in a General School.
(ii) The provisionally selected candidates shall be recommended for appointment only if they pass the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) on or before appearing in the Examination for the aforesaid post, for which the date and time will be announced later, subject to its essentiality as may be decided by the User Department.
Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600/-; Group : “B” ; Probation Period : 02 Years;
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years & relaxable for SC upto 05 years, OBC upto 03 years, PH upto 10 years, PH&SC upto 15 years, PH&OBC upto 13 years and Government Servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central
Government.
