ASA, Post: Director (Research, Publications & Documentations).

ASA, one of the leading and sustainable Microfinance Institution (MFI) in the world, is currently looking for the post of "Director (Research, Publications & Documentations)" at the central office of Dhaka.

Conditions and procedures to apply:
The applicants must have a master's degree in English, Sociology or Economics from a reputed university. Candidates must obtain minimum 2nd division/ class in all examination. The applicants must also have at least 10 years working experience in reputed organizations in the related field. The applicant must be a non-smoker, smart along with good written and verbal communication skill in English & Bengali. Candidate must have minimum three publications in the research field. Maximum age of the applicant is 45 years on 31st July 2012.
Salary will be given TK. 45,000-50,000 per month. If more experienced and suitable personnel is found for position then the salary may be negotiated.
Probation period for the post will be of one year. After successful completion of the probationary period the job will be under regular salary structure of ASA.
