RTMNU Standing Counsel quits

IN A MAJOR jolt 10 Rashtrasani Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU), its Standing Counsel and Legal Advisor since lasl 16 years-Adv Bhanudas Kulkarni, has resigned from his post and conveyed his inability 10 RTMNU authorities to continue with them any more. Though Adv Kulkarni has described his pre-occupation and paucity of quality time to defend University in various litigations, the RTMNU sources have blamed internal politics, motivated and malicious campaign and factional feud as the reasons behind this resignation. During last 16 years, RTMNU had won majority of cases in various courts and especially High Court, but a section of elected members of RTMNU launched a motivated campaign against Adv Kulkarni. who was trusted by last five Vice-Chancellors and he played an important role in maintaining dignity and decorum of RTMNU.
