MAT Order MPSC to Permit Over Aged Applicant For Exam
FINDING fault with the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) for conducting its Maharashtra Finance and Accounts Service. Class-II! Examination scheduled to be held in November. 2011, not on lime and as now it is holding the same between February 16 and February 24, 2013 and in November. 2011 applicant Prttam Shahare a junior clerk at Gondia was eligible to appear in the examination even from the angle of age. B Majumdar have recorded their prima facie satisfaction that the applicant is eligible to appear in die examination and passed interim order to the MP.SC to permit the applicant to appear in the examination. The Tribunal has also issued notice to the MPSC to show cause in 4 weeks in reply to the Shahare's application. Advocate M R Rajgure appeared for the applicant. Chief P O Kakani accepted notice for the State Finance Secretary.
