AMMI to hold CET for MBA 2013 on 16 June 2013 | MAHA AMMI CET 2013
ASSOCIATION of Maharashtra Management Institutes (AMMI) 2013 will be conducting Entrance Test for MBA/PGDBM courses on June 16. 2013. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and Pravesh Niyantran Samiti (PNS) have approved AMMI CET for the yea 2013. The AMMI prospectus and forms will be available at all Management Institutes from May 13. 2013. The last date to register for AMMI CET is June 12. 2013. The CET will be held from 11 am to 1.30 pm at various Management Institutes on June 16. This will be followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) from 2.30 pm. The result of CET will be declared on June 26. 2013.
The move assumes significance backdrop of events in the couple of last year, when close to 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand | MBA/MMS seats remained vacant even after the DTE CAP rounds. This year about 1.60.260 students appeared for first two CMAT entrance test and 1.58,599 students are eligible for written test and about 67000 students are appearing for 3rd CMAT entrance test to be held between May 19 2013 to May 22 2013. This year 3,85,008 (Three lakh Eighty Five Thousand Eight) seals are available for MBA in all over India. But even 50 % students are not yet appeared for CMAT test because of lack of awareness of CMAT which is held from this year and therefore. AMMI will get more students. Last year AMMI admitted about 12500 students in Maharashtra. There are 45,570 MBA seals in Maharashtra. AMMI expect the DTE's Centralized Admission Process (CAP) process would result in filling up of the most 30,000 seats. The remaining seats would he available for AMMI's test and admission process.
