Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is conducting Entrance Tests for Management Programmes (Openmat-xxxiv), BScN (PB), PhD, BEd and MEd programmes for the sessions starting from January, 2014 on Sunday September 8 2013.
The Openmat-xxxiv, MPhil and PhD will be held from 10:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The BSc Nursing (post basic) will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and for BEd and MEd the timings will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Tests are being organised in 313 examination centres across the country accommodating 1,44,668 candidates. The exam centres under Nagpur Regional Centre jurisdiction for Openmat-xxxiv are in Nagpur, Amravati and Nanded; for PhD and BSc Nursing Post Basic at Nagpur, for BEd/ MEd in Nagpur, Amravati, Nanded, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Yavatmal, Hingoli, Buldhana, Akola and Gondia.
The Hall-Tickets have already been dispatched to the candidates by the University. The particulars of hall-tickets are also available on the IGNOU Website www.ignou.ac.in.
In case of non-receipt of hall-ticket by any candidate, it can be downloaded from the university website by entering name and date of birth of the candidate and report to the examination centre. In case candidates are unable to download the hall-ticket, they can contact the regional centre and obtain the information of examination centre allocated and report to the examination centre with a proof of submission of entrance test application form along with recent passport size photograph. In such case they have to submit an undertaking at the examination centre stating that in the event of information furnished by them found to be incorrect, their candidature will be cancelled. Candidates must report at the examination centre 45 minutes before commencement of the test.
University has deputed central observers in all the 313 examination centres to ensure smooth conduct of the entrance test.
Due to operational reasons, request for change of examination centre will not be entertained.
