What action will CBSE take against erring schools?
IN CASH a large number of students are found absent in schools without valid reasons during inspection, the board may take following actions against erring schools:■ The Board may restrict the number of students to the extent present on the day of inspection
■ Defaulter schools may be downgraded to secondary level
■ The students not found present, without valid reason, on the day of inspection may not be able to appear in the examination.
■ In extreme violation of rules, the school may by disaffiliated from the Board.
