RTMNU's order debarring student from exams stayed
WITHOUT sensing any trouble on the last day of B Com Part-I exam, the petitioner finds himself in a lot of trouble as he faces charge of malpractice and has been debarred from three exams - Summer. Winter-2013 and Summer-2014 - by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) through its impugned notification of October 23. 2013.
Justice Bhushan Dharmadhikari and Justice Atul Chandurkar at the HC here have issued notice to the respondents to file submissions by January 27. 2014 in reply to the said student. Kunal Arora's writ petition and also stayed the impugned order of the university. The Court may decide the petition on the next date.
Advocate B G Kulkarni appeared for the petitioner.

The petitioner has pointed out that all the formalities have been gone through and only final decision remains to be taken.
