MORE than 4800 candidates of different stream appeared in State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) 2013 in two shifts across the allotted 12 examination centers of Durg district on Sunday. The examination was con-ducted by Chhattisgarh Higher Education Department after a gap Of 6 long years (last SLET for Chhaiiisgarh was conducted in 2007) and this time it has conducted in 18 different streams.

According to the information Centre Coordinator of the exam in district and principal of Government VYT Post Graduate College Durg. total 5444 candidates were registered for this examination in 18 different streams. In the first shift consisted of Paper-I and Paper-II (9.30 am to 12 noon) 4846 candidates sat for the examination and 598 remained absent. While in Paper-Ill which look place during noon hours (1.30 to 4 pm ), 4805 appeared in the examination and 639 remained absent from the examination.
