Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have an excellent academic record coupled with a doctorate degree in Social Sciences/ Management/ Commerce with minimum 15-20 years of teaching experience in a reputed Institute. Selection committee may relax the academic qualification and experience in deserving cases.
Compensation : The compensation package will be in the range of 15 to 20 lakhs per annum on "cost to the University basis." This comprises of salary and perks. In deserving cases even this can be further relaxed. Salary will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate. In addition to salary, we have several schemes for professional development like sponsoring for national and international conferences, research grants, funds to set up laboratories wherever applicable and other benefits such as relocation benefits, transit housing facility to those who are coming from outside India, interest subsidy for housing loans, group medical insurance etc.
