Bhopal Under Dense Fog
PEOPLE in Bhopal woke up lo a dense foggy morning on Friday. The fog was so dense that distant things were hardly visible. The dense fog situation lasted nil noon and it was alter noon that log condition started to subside. Meanwhile, people shivered throughout the day on Friday as maximum temperature slipped to 20.4 degree Celsius, five degree below the normal mark.
When people woke up during morning hours in city, they were surprised to see that thick fog has engulfed the entire city and even things of short distance were not visible. Besides, cold conditions have just aggravated the problems Of people. Vehicle riders were riding their vehicle with great caution and they have put on the lights of their vehicles to avoid any kind of accident.
Metrological department said even on Saturday mercury level is expected to go down by one or two degree Celsius. The weather conditions are likely to be same even on Saturday in entire stale. Fog is going to be there in the atmosphere and visibility may decline below 200 m.
In lasi twenty four hours, rains have drenched sporadic places in divisions of Rewa. Sagar, Gwalior. Hoshangabad and Jabalpur. Sidhi recorded rainfall of 2 cm while Rewa received 1 cm rainfall respectively.
There was minor change in night temperature while night temperature have increased in Rewa and Shahdol divisions. Indore's maximum temperature was 26.2 degree Celsius and it was at normal level. While it's minimum temperature was 11.2 degree Celsius.
Gwalior's maximum tempera-lure was 19.3 degree Celsius, three degree below the normal level. Its minimum temperature was 6.6 degree Celsius and it was at normal mark. Jabalpur recorded maximum temperature of 25.1 degree Celsius (at normal level) and its minimum temperature was 14.3 degree Celsius, four degree above the normal. Khajurahoshivered throughout the day as its maximum temperature was seven degree below the normal.
