2. K.N. Arts & Commerce College, Karanja (Lad) • Open Qualification-
I) A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) by a recognized University.
II) A Ph.D. Degree in concerned / allied / relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.
III) Associate Professor / Professor with a total experience of 15 years of teaching / research / administration in Universities, colleges and other institutions of higher education.
IV) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in UGC Regulations, 2010, dated 30th June, 2010 (Direction No. 42 / 2011) in Table I to IX of Appendix III
PAY SCALE -As per U.G.C. / State Government Rules.

Note-
1. The term of appointment of the college Principal shall be 5 years with eligibility for reappointment for one more term only after a similar selection committee process.
2. Details regarding qualification, experience and relaxation in qualification and other details / conditions are available at the University website www.sgbau.ac.in
3. The score sheet for API based PBAS shall have to be submitted by the candidate along with the application. The same is available on the University website.
Application on plain paper in own handwriting, giving complete Bio-Data along with attested copies of certificates and testimonials should reach to society office upto dt. 22nd Jan. 2014.
