Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat (महाराष्ट्र विधानमंडल सचिवालय) has needed some employees for the post of clerk cum typist & assistant. For both posts MLS has set fixed same age condition. Therefore the candidate must be 18 – 33 years of age and most important age should be calculate as on 1/9/2013. If age is more than 33 years on or after 1/9/2013 not need to apply for this post but reserved cast candidates need to look advertisement notification for relaxation available if any.

Qualification for Clerk – Typist: Since nature of job is clerical & typing based candidates must be 12th passed and ability to type Marathi with 30 words per minute. No experience and other qualification required.

Qualification for Assistant: Candidates must hold second division graduation degree or its equivalent qualification .
