Andhra Pradesh Forest Department is going to conduct written Exam between 6th April & 4th May 2014 for the recruitment of Forest Section Officer, Forest Beat Officer, Assistant Beat Officer, Thanadar, Bungalow Watcher, Technical Assistant at the designated centers across the Andhra Pradesh.  Following is the tentative schedule of an Examination of AP Forest Department Recruitment 2014.

Walking Test and Medical Examination :

The candidates qualified in written Examination and shortlisted ( in 1:2 Ratio )will be required to undergo a medical Examination to be conducted by a Medical Board.

The Eligible candidates shall be subjected to the test of walking. In case of male candidates, a distance of 25Km walking is to be completed in 4 hours duration. In case of woman candidates, a distance of 16km is to be completed in 4 hours duration.

Note: The following physical measurements are mandatory for the posts of Forest Section Officer / Forest Beat Officer / Assistant Beat Officer / Bunglow Watcher / Thanadar. (These measurements are not essential for the post of Technical Assistant.)
