I have applied now... use "Ctrl+F5" at any middle of time
Keep on refreshing the page in IE and the site got opened. Entered the details and uploaded photo and sign and when clicking Submit button faced "Service Unavailable" error. On this I pressed "Ctrl+F5" to continue the same session with all entered data. Yes. Its done. I got a pop up with Reg No in the title bar of the browser...I guess that the details are submitted and reg no generated..
Then I went to main page and clicked on "Login" link and "Forgot Password". Given DOB, Name and Phone number then it showed me the Reg No and Password !!!!!!. Generated pay chellan using Reg No and Psw.

I paid the examination fees but unable to get registration slip in this website. Registration slip is necessary or not.. Please any one help me..
