CBSE Class 10 Result 2014 - Chennai & Trivandrum Regions

CBSE Class 10 Results 2014 for Chennai and Trivandrum region have been declared. All the candidates who had appeared for the exams can check the results online. In order to do so, the candidates should go to the official website of the Board.

CBSE Class 10 Exams were held in the month of March and April. The exams got postponed due to Lok Sabha elections, this year.  A total of 1328970 students had registered themselves for the exams, out of which 793940 were boys and 535030 were girls. Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to announce the CBSE Board Class 10 results on Tuesday. There is a possibility of a delay by a day.

The results can be checked on the CBSE official website. Candidates can log on to http://cbseresults.nic.in/ Candidates can also avail their results via sms.

Lakhs of students appears for the Central Board of Secondary Examination every year. This year, around 13,28,970 candidates appeared for CBSE Class 10th X Board Exam 2014 from which the total number of boys are 7,93,940 and the total number of girls are 5,35,030 appeared for the 10th board exam 2014.

CBSE Class 10 had shown an increment of 5.54 per cent of candidates who registered themselves in comparison to 2013. The candidates are required to insert their roll number and date of birth in order to check the results online. Those who had registered initially can get the scores via SMS or email too.

The ISC Class 10 Results 2014 are also expected to be declared within this week. Also, CBSE Class 10 Exam Results for the other parts of the country will be released tomorrow at 4 pm. Besides, Class 12 Results for CBSE will be announced shortly too.
