Please read Admission Notice Carefully before Proceeding 
Following are the Steps to Fill your Online Application Form

1. You should have valid mobile number ready before proceeding.


तुमचा मोबाईल नंबर प्रवेश अर्ज भरण्यापूर्वी तयार ठेवा . 

2. Create Login on the Portal by entering Basic Details like Name, Surname, Mobile Number


तुमचे लॉगीन करण्यासाठी नाव ,आडनाव ,मोबाईल नंबर, जन्म तारीख इत्यादी नोंद करा .

3. Your Unique Mobile No and password would be used to Login . Please remember your username and password .


तुमचा लॉगीन आयडी आणि पासवर्ड जतन करा .

4. You can Login to the System using your LoginID and password


तुमचा लॉगीन आयडी आणि पासवर्ड वापरून तुम्ही तुमचा प्रवेश अर्ज भरू शकता 

5. Please refer Sample Form for the Reference


सरावासाठी तुम्ही नमुना फॉर्म/ प्रवेश अर्ज बघू शकता 

6. Kindly read each field and enter your details carefully


फॉर्म/ प्रवेश अर्ज कसा भरावा यासाठी तुम्ही येथे क्लिक करू शकता 

7. You can Save your incomplete form and can login at later time to fill remaining form.


तुम्ही अर्धवट फॉर्म/ प्रवेश अर्ज भरू शकता आणी पुन्हा लॉगीन करून उरलेला फॉर्म/ प्रवेश अर्ज भरू शकता . 

8. Kindly read each field and enter your details carefully


फॉर्म/ प्रवेश अर्ज मधील प्रत्येक रकाना काळजीपूर्वक भरा.

9. After Entering Basic details in the last section, you need to enter collegecode options. You can provide maximum 40 options in the list. Kindly fill option form contents carefully.Your first option would be considered as top priority while last option would be considered as least priority college you are looking for the admission.
e.g. if Your top 4 option codes are as follows    1.   2.   3.   4. Based on your merit number system will check if course seat is available for you, if it is not available then system would check for , if it is not available then system would check for , if this seat is available for your merit then course would be allotted to you and you need to take admission in this college course. 
कॉलेजचा पसंतीक्रम भरताना तुम्ही जास्तीतजास्त 40 विकल्प भरू शकता. तुमचे विकल्प क्रमाने विचारात घेतले जातील . पहिल्या पसंतीला जास्त महत्व दिले जाईल आणि नंतर क्रमाक्रमाने पसंतीक्रम विचारात घेतले जातील . तुमचा मेरीट नं. प्रमाणे कॉलेजला प्रवेश मिळेल. 

10. After Submission of complete form, you need to enter details of the payment using one of the following mode A. Challan Payment B. Online Payment C. DD Payment


पैसे भरण्यासाठी तुम्ही चलन किवा नेट बँकिंग किवा डिमांड ड्राफ्ट(धनाकर्ष ) यापैकी एका प्रकारचा वापर करू शकता

11. Kindly take Printout of the Form and along with Challan Slip, attested documents , send those details to ARC Center selected by you.


फॉर्म/ प्रवेश अर्ज भरल्यानंतर प्रिंट काढा आणि चलन स्लीप/ डिमांड ड्राफ्ट (धनाकर्ष ) व गरजेची कागदपत्रे (सत्य प्रत) ARC सेंटर च्या पत्त्यावर पोस्टाने / कुरिअरने पाठवून द्या

12. Please logout after your form submission. In case you do not logout after form submission and your data in the form is altered by some other person due to active login then MCAER will not be responsible for it.
