Nagpur Ram Jhula to open for traffic in first week of November

The contractor, M/s Afcons Ltd. is readying the first cable stayed bridge of Central India and is busy giving final touches.
Municipal Commissioner Shyam Wardhane on Thursday reviewed the status of Ram Jhula with Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) officials. The main work that is connecting 54 cables is over as also thc ramp on either side, Ram Mandir and towards jaistambh.The contractor is testing cable strength as also wrap-ping-up work on deck level.
